7-TWITTERIt was a pivotal moment in time when I received an email from Sean Patrick Simpson from Älska Publishing asking if I would be interested in sharing my personal and professional journeys in his collection of stories about mind/body/spirit healing. He then asked me a chilly bump question; “would I send an outline of that journey”. So I did. He commented back about a sentence I had written in my outline; “What I learned through opening my practice, with time, was that is impossible to heal the body without healing the spirit”.  That statement is true.  I see it all the time – those who believe they can heal themselves do. Those who want someone to fix them, don’t heal.  His comment to my outline was “I loved it”.

So in the blink of an eye, I stepped onto the wonderous winding path of becoming an author which had always been a life-long dream of mine. Many years ago, probably more than I want to count, an amazing spiritual individual looked at me with great pause and slowly said, “one day, you will be a renowned author”.  I never forgot that. Nor did I try to make it happen before its time. So now, 25 years later, I can say I’m an author.

On a daily basis I feel like I have jumped off a mountain peak and am soaring like an eagle. It is scary, introspective, and exhilarating.

And the best part is I get it share it with each of you.

Enjoy the day.
